Shane Kenney
Executive Director

Shane has been working with students since 1998. He has served as a youth pastor in Florida for many years as well coaching at the local school. It was during that time that he got a burden for campus ministry. In February of 2011 he joined First Priority in West Florida. In July of 2013 he moved his family to West Texas to become the Executive Director in the Permian Basin. Shane lives in Odessa, TX with his wife, Natalie, and their two daughters, Tori and Tristan. email Shane

Natalie Kenney
Area Director, Odessa & Andrews

Natalie has served alongside her husband Shane in youth ministry for the past 20 years. She has a burden to reach lost people with the Gospel and uses that passion to train students to be missionaries on their campus. email Natalie

Aaron Moroles
City Coordinator, Midland & Greenwood

Aaron is a graduate of Permian High School and is currently enrolled at the University of Texas, Permian Basin. He joined the First Priority Team in 2017 where he pours into students daily, not only on campus but also at his church. email Aaron

Jose Chavez
City Coordinator, Odessa & Andrews

Jose is currently enrolled at the University of Texas, Permian Basin where he will receive his teaching degree. He has volunteered with First Priority for a few years and in 2017 he joined the staff. He uses his outgoing personality to make every student that attends feel comfortable. email Jose
